Seller Return and Refund Policy:
Return or exchange of an item within 30 days will be effective upon receipt of the item. 30 day money back guarantee from the date of delivery. Please follow the policy:
To request return information, please contact us at support@heagu.com within 30 days of receiving your package. Your return must be postmarked within 30 days of the date you received the item. We do not accept returns unless the items are defective and caused by the seller, in which case they will be replaced subject to availability or refunded at the buyer's discretion. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, well packaged in the condition in which you received it, and resale unaffected. It must also be in the original packaging. All costs incurred by the return shipment are the responsibility of the buyer. The airfreight number and clear photos of the returned package are required after the buyer has sent the package. Take a photo of the item for your records before sending a return. If the buyer cannot receive the ordered package after 3 months, the buyer can ask the seller for a solution.
Some situations where only partial refunds are given (if applicable): The item is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts not caused by the seller. The item was returned more than 14 days after receipt.
Some situations where the seller cannot issue a refund (if applicable): Returns without the original packaging and documentation will be refused. Damaged or opened packaging boxes will not be accepted for return. The package is lost during the return shipment and the seller does not receive the returned package.
Refunds (if applicable): Upon receipt and inspection of your return, we will send you an email to inform you that we have received your returned item. We will also inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original payment method, within seven business days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable): If you have not yet received a refund, please check your bank account first. Then contact your credit card company. It may take some time for your refund to be officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often a processing time before a refund is posted. If you have done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@heagu.com.
Exchange (if applicable): We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please email us at support@heagu.com.
Shipping: Depending on where you live, the time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. Customers are only charged once for shipping costs (including returns); there are no storage costs for consumers to return the product.
